Every Twin Galaxies product is made to order and produced individually for you. Because of that, we do not accept returns or exchanges, and we do not issue refunds. No returns. No refunds. All sales are final.

Before you check out, review your order carefully: size, color, style, and the DARK or BRIGHT version where it applies. Size charts are on every product page. Placing an order confirms that you have reviewed these details and accept this policy. 

We value our community and customers and aim to offer a satisfactory experience. However, we face challenges in handling many of the sophisticated refund scam activities prevalent on the internet. To maintain sustainability, we have been compelled to implement a firm No Return/No Refunds policy.

In the event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number and a detailed description of the issue, and we will do our best to assist you within the limitations of this stated policy.
