Shipping charges and checkout taxes

Shipping is charged separately from the product price unless an offer explicitly states otherwise. Available shipping options and charges are shown at checkout. Rates depend on the item, destination and shipping method. Some products use fixed shipping rates; others use carrier-calculated rates.

Any sales tax, VAT or GST collected through our checkout is shown in your order total. A tax charge at checkout does not, by itself, mean that import duties or carrier clearance fees have been prepaid.

Where we ship

Delivery availability depends on the product and your delivery address. Being able to view a product or choose a country on the store does not guarantee that every item can be shipped there. If checkout does not offer a shipping option for your item and address, contact us before purchasing.

TG Wearables currently support 182 countries and territories, including the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom and Australia. See the full list below before configuring a wearable. Other store products have their own destination restrictions. Service availability can also vary by address and current carrier coverage.

Production and delivery times

Our products are made to order. Production time is separate from delivery time. For TG Wearables, our print provider currently estimates 2 to 5 business days for standard production. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed dispatch date. Other products and print providers may have different production times.

Delivery estimates depend on the destination and shipping method. Production demand, holidays, carrier delays and customs processing can affect arrival dates. Please allow time for both production and transit, and check any product-specific or order-specific estimate.

International orders and import charges

International shipments may incur import duties, import taxes, and carrier brokerage or handling fees. Unless checkout explicitly identifies these charges as prepaid, you may be asked to pay them to customs or the carrier before delivery. These charges are separate from shipping and any sales taxes collected at checkout.

TG Wearables currently use Standard shipping. We do not promise Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) shipping or prepaid import charges for Canada, the United Kingdom or other destinations. Charges and collection procedures depend on the destination and shipment. Your local customs authority can provide guidance before you order.

If you receive an unexpected customs request or are considering refusing a parcel, contact us first. Returns, refunds and delivery issues are handled under our Refund policy and applicable law. This shipping policy does not remove your statutory consumer rights.

Multiple parcels and tracking

Items in the same order may be produced at different facilities and arrive in separate parcels on different days. Review the shipping charges shown at checkout before paying. Tracking details are sent when available after shipment; carrier tracking may not update immediately.

Delivery problems or damaged items

Email contact@twingalaxies.com with your order number and a description of the issue. For damage or misprints, include photographs of the item and packaging. Please review our Refund policy for the existing reporting instructions and deadlines. This page does not introduce a different returns or refund policy.
